Hi, I'm Tim

Massage Therapist

A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I first stepped into healthcare at just 8 years old, volunteering with St. John on the sidelines of a rugby field. Since then, I’ve spent over 20 years as a Registered Nurse and more than 16 years as a Professional Massage Therapist, getting to know the body and its intricacies. My career started in Auckland, New Zealand and I’ve been lucky enough to work around the world, from Canada and the U.S. to the U.K., helping people from all walks of life along the way.

I believe that effectively managing acute and chronic pain requires a personalized, multi-faceted approach. In my practice, I combine Massage Therapy with simple stretches and targeted exercises to reduce pain and discomfort, enhance mobility, increase strength, and restore balance to the body. Each treatment plan is tailored to meet the unique needs of the individual, ensuring a comprehensive path to recovery and well-being.

My philosophy is rooted in simplicity, as I believe that effective care doesn’t have to be complicated. Consistency is key, and I encourage clients to take an active role in their own well-being. This involves not just receiving treatment, but also learning and understanding how to maintain their health. By sharing knowledge and teaching clients practical strategies, I empower them to take control of their health and well-being.

Outside of my professional life, I embrace a quiet and peaceful lifestyle, centered around yoga, meditation, and other nurturing activities. I value a healthy, clean way of living and love spending time in nature with my partner and our children, Rūmī & Sāshā. I’m deeply passionate about helping people find relief from pain and discomfort. I believe in the power of massage and have witnessed firsthand the remarkable transformations that occur through a consistent and thoughtful approach.
